Day Trippin'

Hello Everyone!

Starting our day!

I know it's been forever since a recent post, but I'm going dip in and try to sum up the past 2 months for you. The school work load is now hitting hard and so is the cold weather (meaning everyone is sick constantly). And the gym is now my everyday buddy, considering I need to not get a beer belly!

A couple weekends ago, a few of us headed out for a day of hiking (obviously my input didn't matter much, because I would've chose shopping). Two towns, Bray and Greystones, are separated by a nice walking trail along the water (mountain, too). So we headed towards Bray and were ready to take on the 6 km hike. I was told that it was a beautiful walk along the ocean, so I wasn't expecting anything tedious or tiring. Well to my surprise, not really though, we took the wrong route and ended up at the top of the mountain- SHOCKER.

After embracing the moment, literally thee moment, I just wanted to get back down the hill and call it quits. Luckily we ran into some great Irish men, a grandfather and his grandson, who told us the right path to take. Let me just say that we would've never just stumbled upon this path-- I was skeptical the whole time. Thankfully we made it all the way back down. Then what? Food, of course.

We finished up our exhausting, long, and unexpected day with a great meal in Greystones. I had calamari, which was extremely fresh YUM! At least everyone had such a great sense of humor about getting lost and we were able to relax the rest of the night.

My fav pic of the whole day xx

*Yesterday while eating a fresh sausage at the outside markets, the saying "Relish today, Ketchup tomorrow" hit me. Well everyone, I've been relishing a little too much, so today get ready for a whole buncha posts while I catch up.

Ky xx
